Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13400000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with it's e-Tender the following documents :
1. The Contractor who have Exprience of DTW/STW Re-Sinking work satisfactorily is eligible for the Tender (Exprience Certificate will be attach).
2. The minimum supply/construction with uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
3. Valid Trade License with up-to-date renewal.
4. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
5. VAT Registration Certificate.
6. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh. Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer will be consider.
7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven Lakh) over the last three (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
8. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
9. Terms and condition mention in the file: Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.
10. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
11. Contractor must have 2-Cusec DTW Drilling & Testing Equipment. (Must be submitted Equipment List)
