Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
i) Up-dated Income Tax & VAT Registration Certificate;
ii) Up-dated trade license;
iii) Supply experience Certificate of uPVC Pipe & fittings/Similar type of work for last 5(Five) years;
iv) Certificate of supply of uPVC Pipe & fittings/Similar type in a single contract for Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac in the last 5(Five)years;
v) Bank Certificate regarding liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities as specified in qualification criteria;
vi) Original users guide, Catalogue/ Brochure for each component;
vii) Service facility availability and location of service centre;
viii) Manufacturers/suppliers warranty certificate and authorization certificate;
