Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (2-Cusec or above Submersible Pump Set) of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakhs.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakhs. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender. Bank statement must cover the period ending up to the previous date of invitation for tender.
4. The endurance test report of minimum 100 hours to verify the quality of the product.
5. The tenderer shall have ISO and CE certificate of the manufacturer of goods and it must be enclosed with the offer.
6. The tenderer shall have import Licence of bidder and it must be enclosed with the offer.
7. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
8. All completion certificate for general experience and specific experience enclosed with tender document must have issued by the Government/Semi-Government/autonomus body/organization of Government.
9. Up-dated Income Tax & VAT Registration Certificate ; Up-dated trade license;
10. Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
