Eligibility criteria:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 250.00 Lakh. in any Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.( Completion certificate must be submitted).
c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 280.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.
d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 85.00 Lakh.
e. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).
f. The must have ABC Category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt.of Bangladesh.
