Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 533333 ~ 1600000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
b) Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of supplying Goods with a minimum amount of Tk. 4,00,000/- (Four lac ) each in a single Contract in any Government / Semigovernment/Autonomous Organization within last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GPSystem.
c)Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of supplying similar goods/ electrical items with a minimum amount of Tk. 4,00,000/- (Four lac ) each in a single Contract in any Government / Semigovernment/Autonomous Organization within last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GPSystem.
d) Tenderer will have to submit a certificate of conformity of country of origin of the supplied goods.
e) Tenderer will have to submit a Warrenty Certificate for 2 (Two) years.
f) The Completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) as furnished in Section5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(d);
g) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms asstatedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(b)
