Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization.
(b) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License .
(e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return).
(f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities of minimum 5 Lakh Tk. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).
(h) The tenderer must submit authorization letter issued from manufacturer/authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Company.
(I) The tender submit specific experience certificate of supplying and Installing of similar goods.
(j)The Contractor must have essential equipment for the work (Magger, AVO meter, Clipon meter, Tool box, Tri-pod, electric and mechanical chain pulley and other necessary tools) proof of which must be submitted.
(k) Tenderer must submit documents of skilled manpower i.e. site engineer, supervisor & technician etc.
(l) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
