* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 866666 ~ 2600000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (03) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Tenderer must have specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Uniform/Liveries/similar goods) of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, with a value of at least Taka 5,00,000/-(Taka Five Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments is Taka 8,00,000/-(Taka Eight Lac only) on or after the publication of Invitation of Tender Notice.
4. The Tenderer shall have own tailoring shop in Dhaka or near Dhaka and shall have to submit ownership certificate/declaration letter of having tailoring shop.
5. Tenderer should have to go through the detail specifications of uniform & leveries & have to submit sample (non-refundable) of each category along with E-tender notice to Manager (HR), Haripur 412 MW CCPP before opening of the tender. Sample will be considered during Tender Evaluation.
