7. Volume of work may be increased or decreased or totally dropped depending upon the actual field condition.
8. The Contractor must take Still Photograph and Video of the work in progress on a regular basis.
9. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.)
