Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services shall be 05 (five) calendar years from date of tender notice.
(b) (i) The minimum specific experience as a manufacturer in the production and supply, or as a supplier in the supply, of electrical equipment of 33 KV and/or 11 KV voltage levels to any public electricity distribution utility must include at least one (01) contract successfully completed with a contract value of at least three (03) crore, along with performance certificate (supported by NOA and contract signing agreement) within the last five (05) calendar years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.
(ii) The manufacturer of the offered goods must also have a manufacturing record of at least two (02) successfully completed supply contracts for the offered type ACR to any public electricity distribution utility. These must be supported by end-user performance certificate that specifies the manufacturer's brand name.
The end-user performance certificate must be issued on the end-user’s official letterhead and include the end-user’s full mailing address, email address, website address, fax number, and phone number to facilitate authentication.
(c) The Minimum supply/or production Capacity of Goods is/are: 1.5 times of the tendered quantity per month.
