Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 36666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 110000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 36666666 ~ 110000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) A minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience in the Supply of goods and related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of escalator and related service (Supply, Installation and commissioning of escalator) of at least 01 (One) contract successfully complete within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least TK. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
i. In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government /Autonomous bodies/Private Organization of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
iii. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Less than tender amount per year. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets as credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 400.00 Lac.
d) Valid Trade License (FY 2024-25).
e) Valid VAT Certificate Valid TIN certificate
f) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Most Recent Year)
g) Valid ABC class Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License (FY 2024-25)
h) Each bidder must be the sole agent/ representative/ Distributor of the Escalator brand proposed in the tender. i) Delivery and Documents: As per TDS.
