Against the package APP was approved Tk.6,00,000( Six Lac).. It was a wrong figure and clerical mistake where a zero was missed. The actual figure isTk 60,00,000(Sixty Lac) by actual demand and break up. New APP aproval is not possible at this stage. So for public interest and also to keep the hospital service well run, the actual cost is taken as estimated cost.
