2. The supplier must have a valid and up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC). (If Applicable)
3. The supplier must be submitted manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents that include drawings, dimensions, material quality test certificates, information about the manufacturer’s reputation, and detailed specifications.
4. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
5. After sales service is required.
6. All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
