(i) The contractor Should have min. 05 (Five) years general experience in civil construction sector (ii) A satisfactory completion of similar work of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh under single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years (iii) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 37.00 (Thirty Seven) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years (iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh (v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lakh & (vi) Other documents as stated in TDS.
