Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as prime contractor in construction works shall be 03 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a tenderer at least 1(one) number contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk [20.00( Twenty)] lakh only in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk [15.00(Fifteen)] Lakh only within the last 03 (three) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 (in original form) of Tk [15.00(Fifteen)] Lakh only
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk [20.00( Twenty)] lakh only only.To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW2-3(B) format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within last 5 (Five) years from tender publication date.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate .
7.All other documents must be fullfilled which is included in section-2 and section-4
