* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1050000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3150000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings.
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) National Certificate.
2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 8.75 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.
3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 8.75 Lac .
4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 8.75 Lac in last 5(five) years.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7.Authorization letter
8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
9. The tenderer’s quoted price will be subject to the rate analysis if the quoted price is substantially higher or lower than the official cost estimate.
