Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 17,00,000/- (Seventeen Lakh Taka only).
2. The Tenderer should submit valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip/ certificate, 13 digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.
3. The satisfactory completion of similar goods i.e. Supply of similar goods and related service with a minimum amount of BDT 15,00,000.00 in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. Other criteria for eligibility as spec ified in Tender document.
