* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03(three) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 4,00,000.00 (Tk.four lac) only in maximum 03 (three) contract(s) over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required which will be supported by work order/contract along with completion certificate from the PE. Years counting back from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Tk Four lac) only over the last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report or a statement showing the year wise turnover supported by work order/contract agreement along with completion certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 (Taka six lac) only in the form of bank statement (not before the tender publication date) or credit commitment from the any schedule bank bank in Bangladesh.
5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, BIN Certificate (VAT), Income Tax certificate with Proof of Submission of Return (PSR/ acknowledge slip/certificate).
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be:Tk. 525000.00 (Tk. five lake twenty five thousand) only
7. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
