Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electrical/electro-mechanical procurement.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work of at least Tk.45,00,000.00 in a Single contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (one Crore) over the last 5(five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the specified format.
e) The Tenderer must posses:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
