1. Updated and Valid Trade license (Trade License & Business Type: must be Relevant);
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;
3. TIN Certificate and Updated Tax Payer Certificate;
4. General experience of Supply of Five years (According to TDS) Including 2024-2025 Trade License; Last Five years of Trade License has to be submitted; Tenderers are requested not to Submit the General Experience Certificate of More than the Five Years of validity.
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply of three years (According to TDS), Tenderers are requested not to Submit the Similar/Specific/Relevant Experience Certificate of More than the Three Years of validity.
6. Sufficient liquid assets/credit line facilities and financial solvency Certificate (use CPTU prescribed format) and
7. Original Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate.
8. Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
9. To Submit all kinds of unnecessary documents are Highly Discouraged those have not been mentioned as conditions in the Tender Documents.
