* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Electric contractor having A. B. C. class Supervising License. The tenderer shall have a minimum 1 (One) year Specific experience for construction of 11kv & 0.4kv over head distribution line, Installation and commissioning.
2) Tenderer shall have completion certificate of similar work at least 60 (Sixty) lakh Taka in Two contract with in last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous organization
3) In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
4) Tenderer shall have-
i) Valid & updated trade license
ii) Valid & updated income tax clearance certificate
iii) Valid TIN certificate
iv) Valid VAT registration certificate
5) Other information mentioned at TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications and Special terms & conditions of the tender document.
