Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Books) and related services of minimum BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh Only) under a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The bid of existing supplier at CUET making partial supply of goods may not be considered for evaluation.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh Only). The supporting Bank document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of this Tender.
Note:
1. The Tenderer previously received NOA in CUET but have not accept they may not be considered for evaluation.
2. Tenderer must be fulfill the above requirements and all required technical Items. Any deficiency tenderer will be technically non-responsive.
