Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000;
Tender Security: 4500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General Experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.
(b) Specific Experience : i) Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 850.00 lac (Eight Hundred and Fifty lac) , in a single contract. with in the Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK 1300.00 lac (One Thousand and Three Hundred Lac ), This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 400.00 lac (Four Hundred Lac) , Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7).
(e) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works,shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintained according to the ITT Clause 44.2.
(f) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
(g) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 1200 lac (One thousand and Two Hundred lac)
(h) Must have updated Trade license, Vat, TIN, BIN certificate
i) ABC License/PWD category A Enlistment
