Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electro-mechanical works as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor of similar works successfully completed with a value of at least Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) lac in two contracts with in last five years in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit {(Form PG3-8) in Original form} of Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred) lac.
4. Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-5) from medical waste treatment system manufacturer shall be submitted.
5. Sole agent/Distributorship certificate from medical waste treatment system manufacturer shall be submitted.
6. Spare parts & consumables availability certificate for 10 years from manufacturer shall be submitted.
7. Technical proposal & Marked Catalogue with sealed & signed by manufacturer company shall be submitted.
8. The intending tenderers must enclosed VAT Registration certificate, income tax certificate, up-to-date trade license and up-to date BC Electric license and supervisory license issued from electric licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC& Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
