Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work of Tk 16.50 (Sixteen point Five Zero) Lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum Avg Annual Construction Turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 16.50 (Sixteen point Five Zero) Lakh Payment Certificates shall be submitted by the bidder.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2a-3 shall be Tk 17.50 (Seventeen point Five Zero) Lakh.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 17.50 (Seventeen point Five Zero) Lakh.
7. Only Payment Certificates will be considered for calculation of Avg Annual Construction Turnover.
8. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(vi) Other Documents as Per TDS.
