4. Experience in civil construction/civil maintenance work at least of 03 [Three] years at Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization is the minimum eligibility of the Tenderer.  
5. A satisfactory completion of similar works at least of Tk 4 Lac [four lac] under single contract over a period of  last 05 [five] years shall be required. Must submit the work completion certificate issued by the concerned PE of Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization.
