Brief Description of Package: Cleaning and Housekeeping work of Chief Adviser's Office at Tejgaon, Dhaka.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the housekeeping and cleaning works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of housekeeping work in Key Point Installation area of Tk. 2.00 (Two) Crore during last 05 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 3.20 (three point two zero) Crore.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.50 (One point Five) Crore. Bank document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in PW3-7 form.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two Point five) Crore.
6. The tenderer must have permissions from SB/SSF before commencing the work if awarded the contract. The tender or even the contract must be void if any obligation arises against the tenderer from SB/SSF.
7. The tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license for supplying manpower. (iv) Certificates Conforming Tenderer’s General experience, specific experience and bank solvency/credit commitment.
