Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All Bangladeshi national tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section-5) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary documents, which will be considered for tender evaluation.
2) If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten percent) less or above than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.
3) The tenderer shall submit year wise payment certificate for calculation of turnover. Supporting documents have to be uploaded division wise in a single file/folder in case of RHD, and department wise in separate different folders for other organizations.
4) Only payment certificate will be considered in calculating turnover.
5) The Tenderer shall submit Turnover calculating sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in Tender Notice)
6) Tender Capacity Calculation Sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in Tender Notice)
7) On-going works value calculation (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached file in Tender Notice)
8) Documentary evidence of ongoing works (Work order/Notice to Commence and certified latest bill copy)
9) Unnecessary / Excess documents are discouraged to upload/attach.
