Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must provide NID, update Income Tax certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration certificate & BIN (13-digit) Registration certificate & Bank Solvency certificate.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03(Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience in the supply of Electrical/Electronic/Computer Equipment to govt./semi-govt./autonomous/other organization of at least one contract(Minimum BDT 800000/- Eight Lakh) completed within last 03(Three) financial years.
4. The minimum capacity of liquid assets is BDT 930000/-(Nine Lakh Thirty Thousand Taka).
5. The tenderer must submit brand, model & detailed specification of every item of this package.
6. Any false, forged, and misleading documents furnished by the tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender and treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by PE.
7. Installation(with necessary accessories) and demonstration must be provided by the tenderer free of cost (if necessary).
