(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lakh taka) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
