Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must provide NID, update Income Tax certificate, Trade License and VAT Registration certificate & BIN (13-digit) Registration certificate & Bank Solvency certificate.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05(Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience in the supply of Computer equipment to govt./semi-govt./autonomous/other organization of at least one contract(Minimum BDT 3000000/-Thirty Lakh) completed within last 03(Three) financial years.
4. The minimum capacity of liquid assets is BDT-3800000/-(Thirty Eight Lakh Taka).
5. The tenderer must submit brand, model & detailed specification of every item of this package.
6. Any false, forged, and misleading documents furnished by the tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender and treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by PE.
7. Installation(with necessary accessories) and demonstration must be provided by the tenderer free of cost (if necessary).
