Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience in Air Cooler System works of at least 01 contract successfully completed within last the 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 140.00 Lac. The above experience/work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 170.00 Lac within the last 05 years.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 Lac.
e) The minimum tender capacity should be TK. 160.00 lac only.
f) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR and up to date valid Trade License.
