Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 126000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4200000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 35,70,000.00 BDT
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 13,02,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) The sample with test report (original copy) must be submitted in the PE address 1day before the tender submission deadline and upload the receipt copy in the tender documents otherwise tenderer will be disqualified.
vii) Audit report certificate of last 5 years
viii) Bidder must have submitted test report of offered sample from BUET or any Government authorized laboratory and Chlorine content must be 31-33%.
ix) Tenderer must have updated Bank solvency Certificate.
x) Each drum must be air tight with heavy polythene along with company seal.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
