Brief Description of Package: Remaining work for vertical Extension of all floor of Khulna PTC Academic Building in/c Civil, Internal Sanitary, Water Supply, Internal Electrification works.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and Complexity of Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 70.00 Lakh (Seventy Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 Lakh (Tk. Three Hundred Lakh) in the last 5(Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 Lakh (Tk. One Hundred Lakh). Liquid asset or credit commitment must be unconditional and specified for this work and only submitted in the form of a letter of commitment from any scheduled bank undertaking for a line of credit in Prescribed Form of CPTU.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 75.00 Lakh (Tk. Seventy Five Lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, Valid VAT documents, ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
(g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer are given in TDS & PCC.
