Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Office Stationary Goods and different types of Toners under Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from date of signing the contract for Corporate Office of EGCB ltd.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The tenderer shall have a minimum of Three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of stationary goods, different type of toners and related services; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

ii) Tenderer must have specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods under maximum two (02) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, with a total value of at least Taka Ten Lac (Taka 10,00,000/-); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka 7,50,000/- (Taka Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) only.
