The supplier shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
• Trade License valid for 2024-2025 Financial year.
• Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN Up to date
• VAT Registration Certificate Up to date
• The tenderer must have to submit all the updated documents mentioned in ITT
• The tenderer must have to submit the required Brochure, Drawings of goods where applicable.
• The tenderer must have to submit the Warranty Certificate of goods where applicable.
• The tenderer must have to submit the Authorization Certificate from Principal Manufacturer for required items of goods where applicable.
• The tenderer must have to mention the Detailed Technical Specification, Brand Name, and Model Name & Country of Origin of goods.
• The tenderer should have to submit the ISO certificate/ BSTI certificate or other Standard certificate where Applicable for the required items.
• Dealership /Agency ship certificate must necessary.
• The tenderer should have to install & commissioning the lab equipment’s/ machineries.
