3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26 Lac .Use standard format in case of line of credit.

Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unrealistic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive
