Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 1500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
ITT 15.1(a)
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor under public sector shall be 5 (Five years) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
ITT 15.1(b)
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector as Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 4,30,00,000.00 (Four crore thirty lac only) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
ITT 16.1(a)
The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts as Prime Contractor in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than 7,80,00,000.00 ( Seven crore eighty lac only) over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certified shall be considered for assessment ( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
ITT 16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be BDT 2,04,00,000.00 (Two crore four lac only) .(Bank statement/ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract) [ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified form, credit facilities should be substantiated by credit sanction letter and bank statement .
43.3 Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.
