Brief Description of Package: 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Civil and Sanitary repair works completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 2.2 Lakh (Two lakh Twenty thousand tk only ) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
03. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.90 lakh (Eight lakh Ninety thousand tk only ) over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.
04. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 Lakh (Three lakh tk only ).Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention.
05. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.20 Lakh (Two lak twenty thousand tk only ). The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.

6. Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
