Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 216666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 650000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 216666 ~ 650000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Civil and Sanitary repair works completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1.80 Lakh (One lakh Eighty thousand tk only ) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
03. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.45 lakh (Seven lakh fourty five thousand tk only ) over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.
04. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.50 Lakh (Two lakh fifty thousand tk only ).Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention.
(05) Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii)
Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration

06. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1.80 Lakh (One lak eighty thousand tk only ). The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
