Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1766666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1766666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Contractor shall be at least 5 (Five) years of Construction Works (Days counting back from IFT date). Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have specific experience as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (One) number of RCC Building construction work with a value of minimum TK. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh in a single contract within last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under DPE, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of BDT 21 (Twenty-one) Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Any documents, other than payment certificates are not acceptable.
(d) The required Tender Capacity is at least BDT 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh. List of on-going works, along with proper supporting documents must be submitted with the tender.
(e) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form as specified in section 7) of at least BDT 8 (Eight) Lakh. Any other formats/documents are not acceptable. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender. Enclosed documents are the part & parcel of the Tender.
