If the quoted rate of any item is inconsistent with present market value, you must provide the proper explanation & authentication (Importer declaration & license Copy) of the rate of those items with proper documents. If the tenderer Submit any wrong information or missing documents, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
5. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If corrupt, any dissimilarities of submitted documents, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per law.
