Brief Description of Package: Supply & installation of 400mm dia. HDPE pipe, fittings and related works from Beelchuroi to Tatipukur under Godagari upazila.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 900000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE).
b) Minimum 5 years of general experience in the manufacturing and supplying of similar goods and related services.
c) Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate for supply of 400mm dia HDPE Pipe and fittings in single contract amounting Tk. 2.06 crore and shall have installation experience of 300mm dia. or above HDPE pipe line amounting minimum Tk. 0.50 crore in the last 5 (Five) years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization (Details describes in TDS). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
d) Tenderer shall submit the sample of same manufacturer for each item [i.e. 1m HDPE pipe x 2 piece] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document. 
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
f) The minimum production capacity of the factory is 100 meter per day of 400mm dia HDPE Pipe.
g) BUET/RUET test and factory test report has to be submitted with the supplied goods.
h) Certificate in favor of the manufacturing of HDPE pipe as per ISO 4427:2007 standard, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 is required.
