Qualification Criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the works shall be 10(Ten) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
2. i) The minimum specific electro-mechanical experience as prime contractor successfully completed, supply and installation of at least one (01) no of Building Management System (BMS) & Networking system works of value not less than 365Lac BDT in one (01) no of contract in any govt. /semi govt. /autonomous bodies in Bangladesh within last 05(Five) years from the date of publication of this tender.
3. i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any govt. /semi govt/autonomous bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive engineer of PWD.
iii) In case of work done in private organization, it shall be submitted in designated format and must be authenticated by the concerned executive engineer of PWD of that jurisdiction. Failure to which the bidder shall be summarily non-responsive.
4. The tenderer must submit: i) Up to date valid trade license ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iv) Up to date valid ABC Category Electrical contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, v) Site Visit Report duly signed by concerned Site Engineer not below the Rank of Sub-Divisional Engineer with the signature of concerned authorized person, vi) Details drawing/design plan of the work which is authenticated by Executive Engineer/related office.
