Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 (Five) Years of General Experience in supply, installation, testing and commissioning of generator of any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. ( Copy of the completion certificate and work order must be submitted) [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
2) The Tenderer must have specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (One) number of similar works in a single work order of Tk. Minimum Tk 20.00 Lakh (Twenty Lakh) in the last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed).
3) The tenderer must have ABC Category Electrical Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
