* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligible contractor shall have:
1. Tenderer who failed to start/complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Rangpur without any reasonable cause are not eligible.
2. Tenderer must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply of tk 5 Lac (Five) with in last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. Tenderer must submit detailed analysis of quoted rate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 6 lac (Six).
5. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
b. Updated date income tax clearance,
c. Valid VAT Registration,
d. Up to trade license certificate,
e. National ID
6. Performance Security will be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
7. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
8. Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter in own Letter Pad mentioning Tender ID & Works Name
