Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of year of General experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The tenderer shall have following Specific experience:
(i) A satisfactory completion of 11KV or 33KV or higher voltage level Electrical Underground cable installation works via HDD boring in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk. 2,20,00,000.00 (Two Crore Twenty Lakh) under one single contract over a period of last Five (5) years shall be required;
(ii) Years will be counted backword from the date of publication in Newspaper;
(c) The tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned authority but not below the rank of Executive Engineer;
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6,60,00,000.00 (Six Crore Sixty Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,51,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifty One Lakh);
(f) Appropriate HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING (HDD) Machine ownership or lease/rent/hire documents and
(g) Others Eligibility criteria mentioned in TDS.
