Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 93333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 280000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 93333333 ~ 280000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electro-Mechanical works shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of Similar nature of electrical goods and related service of not more than 04 (Four) contract(s) (Including minimum 4 nos 1000 KVA Transformer and 2 nos 500KVA Generator) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 810.00 (Eight Hundred Ten) Lac in Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Autonomous bodies/Private Organizations of Bangladesh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
3. In case of work done other than PWD, specific experience certificate shall be duly verified by concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of 900.00 (Nine Hundred) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
6. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from manufacturer must be submitted. (e-PG3-5 form attached in section-6)
7. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
8. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
9. PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 (with amendment) shall be followed.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
