Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000000 ~ 600000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General Experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The minimum specific experience as contractor of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Civil ,Sanitary, Electrical works including Auditorium /Gymnasium /Convention Hall works experience with a value of at least Tk.15 Crore (Fifteen Crore) in having Single /Two Contract of completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 33.00 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Tk 7.50 Crore Supporting Documents is to be Submitted with the Tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document.
v) Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.16.50 Crore.
vi) All papers shall have to be up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
vii) Up to Date VAT,TIN, Income Tax, Trade License must have to be submitted.
viii) Tenderer Must have up to date ABC category contractor and Supervisory License from ElectricLicensing board.
