Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Government body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply and installation of Electromechanical Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply and installation of Electromechanical Similiar Goods of TK. 65 Lakh under maximum 01 (One) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System in any Govt. organization in Bangladesh.
iii) The minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of Tk 65 Lakh per year substantiated by Audit Reports.
iv) The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 65 Lakh, supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) The tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
(d) Updated ABC/BC category contractory and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board.
