Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 483633.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1450900 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 483633 ~ 1450900.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall fulfill the following requirements:
a) 1st class enlisted electrical contractor having updated valid ABC license & Supervisory license from electricity licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
b) 1st class electrical reputed contractor/construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years in general experience in Contractor Construction & Renovation work of 33 KV Sub-transmission Line works.
c) Satisfactory work completion certificate of similar work volume of minimum 3 (Three) of contract(s) each having value of minimum BDT 03 (Three) Lakh over a period of 5 (Five) years under BPDB, WZPDCL, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
d) Up to date income tax clearance, VAT Certificate, Trade license, and Bank Solvency Certificate.
e) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 3 (three) years.
f) Average annual volume of construction turn over shall be minimum BDT 2.2 Lakh over the last 3 (Three) years.
g) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least BDT 1.3 Lakh.
h) No sub-contractor(s) will be allowed.
i) Total amount of quoted value must be between +10% to -10% of estimated cost. Otherwise the tender document will consider as rejected.
j) Eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipments, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.
k) This Tender will be performed according to PPA-2006 & PPR-2008.
l) The Procuring entity reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s) without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
